La Scent offers: - Perfume Workshops — guided, hands-on sessions where guests blend, bottle, and take home a custom fragrance - Fragrance Collection — ready-made luxury perfumes available for purchase in-store and online - Bar Service — walk-up, no-appointment custom fragrance blending - Events — mobile perfume bar experiences for private parties, weddings, and corporate events
2. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
Workshop and event bookings may require advance payment or a deposit to reserve your spot. All payments are processed securely through Clover, our payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your booking or order. Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled workshop or bar service appointment to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may not be eligible for a refund. Event bookings (weddings, private parties, corporate events) may be subject to a separate deposit and cancellation policy, which will be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staffing, weather, facility issues), in which case we will offer a new time slot or a full refund.
3. Products & Orders
All product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product availability, but items may occasionally be out of stock after an order is placed; in that case, we will contact you to offer a substitute, backorder, or refund. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Returns & Exchanges: Due to the personal and consumable nature of fragrance products, custom-blended perfumes made during a workshop, bar service, or event are final sale and non-refundable. Unopened, unused ready-made fragrance products from our Fragrance Collection may be eligible for return or exchange within a reasonable period — contact us to arrange this.
4. Workshop, Bar Service & Event Participation
Participants are responsible for informing our staff of any known fragrance allergies or sensitivities prior to participating. La Scent is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from fragrance ingredients used during workshops, bar service, or events. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant who behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to participate in workshops or bar service.
5. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this website by any third party. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, servers, or databases connected to our Services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to the La Scent and London Arabian Perfume Bar names, logos, photography, and written content — is our property or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Scent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, participation in our workshops or events, or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product or service.
8. Third-Party Services
Our Services may rely on third-party platforms, including but not limited to Clover (payments), Acuity Scheduling (bookings), and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or availability of these third-party services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
